Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of health supplements made by consumers from Pure Food Health ("we", "us", or "the Seller"), produced by Pure Food Norway AS.
By placing an order, you agree to follow these terms.

3. Ordering and Contract
A purchase agreement is created once we confirm your order by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order if there are technical issues, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons.
4. Subscription Details
When you place your first order of RÅ, including promotional offers, you are automatically enrolled in a subscription.
You will receive two jars every two months, which covers a two-month supply.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
If you’ve had a subscription before and try to use an introductory offer again, your subscription will restart at the regular price.
5. Managing Your Subscription
There is no lock-in period.
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account.
To stop the next shipment, cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled dispatch.
If cancelled too late, you are responsible for receiving and paying for the upcoming delivery.
To skip or speed up a delivery, change the quantity, update your address, or make other changes, contact customer service via the form under “Contact”.
6. Prices
All product prices are listed in Euros and include VAT and applicable taxes.
Shipping and any additional fees depend on the delivery country and are clearly shown at checkout.
You won’t be charged for any extra costs not disclosed before purchase.
7. Delivery and Risk
Orders are shipped to the address you provide.
Typical delivery time is 4–9 business days but can vary depending on the courier and stock.
Once the product is delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for it.
8. Complaints and Product Warranty
If a product is defective or not as described, you can file a complaint.
Complaints must be made in writing within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered and no later than 6 months from the purchase date.
If your complaint is valid, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
9. Right to Cancel and ReturnYou have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.To cancel, notify us using the form under “Contact”.Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle personal information in accordance with GDPR.
We only collect the information necessary to process your order.
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except for essential services like shipping and payments.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
11. Legal Disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If that’s not possible, the case may be brought before a Norwegian court.
12. Limitation of Liability
Pure Food Health is not responsible for indirect losses such as financial loss, lost income, or any health issues that may arise from using our products.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The latest version will always be published on our website.
